Join the Eastern Tule GSA (ETGSA) and its partners, Self-Help Enterprises, Community Water Center, and the Terra Bella Irrigation District, to discuss the future of local groundwater resources. The ETGSA is a new GSA that was formed in 2016. ETGSA needs to draft and adopt a Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) by January 31, 2020. This Plan will describe how local groundwater resources will be sustainably managed through the implementation of projects and management actions that improve local groundwater conditions.
