Project Tech – Emergency Services
Self-Help Enterprises has openings for a Project Techs to support individual and regional bottled water contracts and COVID response in the Emergency Services department.
The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and be able to take direction from multiple sources. Applicants should have strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Responsibilities
- File maintenance and data entry
- Administrative / clerical duties
- Report, invoice, and deadline tracking, data analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Invoicing and recordkeeping
- Phone and direct contact with the public
Must Haves
Ability to work on multiple project with tight deadlines
- Strong computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to relate well with persons of diverse backgrounds
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
