Project Tech – Intake
We are recruiting for an opening for a Project Tech to work in the Housing Counseling & Education program. This position is the first contact to SHE for many people and should be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of community members, participants, partners, and staff. The ability to handle high call volume and attention to detail are critical skills for this position.
The Project Tech will work directly with a diverse group of program participants, file creation and maintenance, data entry, and scheduling. Must be very organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working with the public.
Responsibilities
- Participant intake and processing
- File maintenance and data entry
- Phone and direct contact with the public
- General office/clerical duties (phones, mail, office equipment/systems)
- Clerical support to program staff
Must Haves
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking fluency required
- Ability to work with diverse group of participants and community members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to efficiently manage time and work tasks with minimum supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Strong attention to detail
