We have an opening for a Network Tech to assist in the technical and administrative aspects of company-wide computer operations and end user support. The position will work out of our Visalia Office.
- Help desk – technical assistance to SHE staff
- Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware
- Setup and service computers, software, and peripherals
Position requires proficiency with the Windows 10 pro Operating System, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher), cabling, computer hardware repair, and software troubleshooting. Office wide technology includes Skype for Business VOIP phone system with Polycom Group Presence Video system.
Must be detail oriented and organized, comfortable with both technical and administrative tasks, have great customer service skills, and an ability to communicate technical information to people lacking a technical background.
Position requires A+ and Network+ certifications or equivalent experience.
The ability to relate well with persons of diverse backgrounds is critical.
