Asset Management Analyst
The Asset Management Administrative Analyst will work with a broad team that includes the asset management director, asset managers, resident service coordinators and outside partners.
The position will handle various administration duties that includes data collections, metric analytics, fiscal tracking and contract management for the multifamily housing portfolio. The Administrative Analyst will at times represent SHE to various government agencies and outside partners.
This position requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing is essential. A commitment to SHE values and the ability to relate well with persons of diverse backgrounds is critical.
Must be able to work independently and as a team member, be detail-oriented and have the ability to research policy issues and manage schedules and budgets. The ability to work effectively on multiple projects with tight deadlines is essential. Successful applicants will be self-starters and will demonstrate strong computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Powerpoint, etc.) skills and have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
