The Administrative Analyst responsibilities includes researching and identifying funding, grant and proposal development, contract management, data collection, program analysis/evaluation, report preparation, and public presentations, which support the Community Development and Community Sustainability program staff. This position will handle contract development and administration; reporting; data collection and evaluation; contract development, and fiscal management.  The Administrative Analyst will at times represent SHE at public meetings/events. Experience with grant and proposal development; contract management; data collection and analysis; as well as reporting is highly desirable.

Must Haves

  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Strong computer (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) skills
  • Ability to problem solve and brainstorm creative solutions in challenging situations, and
  • Ability to analyze complex data and guidelines and share that information with a diverse team
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with grant and contract management as well as reporting is beneficial
