Admin Project Tech – Community Development/Community Sustainability
Salary: $16.60 – $29.82/hourly

Self-Help Enterprises has an opening for an Admin Project Tech based out of our Visalia office. As an Admin Project Tech, you will work with our Community Development (CD) and Community Sustainability (CS) teams, who work supporting communities on water quality issues, renewable energy, leadership development, and more. You will perform various administrative/clerical duties. Individual positions will have specific focus areas in support of particular SHE programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of files and records.
- Handle program filing, scanning, and copying of documents as needed.
- Coordinate signatures on work plans, invoices, and other essential paperwork.
- Assist program staff with securing documentation needed.
- Assist with tracking down needed information to expedite services to participants.
- Deliver information or items to field staff or other agencies as directed.
- Assist with the preparation of unit fiscal and activity reports.
- Communicate effectively with participants and representatives of public agencies and businesses.
- Assist with proper completion and verification of various forms and necessary paperwork.
- Assist with the processing of timesheets and invoices.
- Assist staff in checking out electronic and other resources; track use of electronics.
- Perform data entry to support essential expenses, hours, and other information tracking.
- Prepare accurate payment forms and coordinate with staff for timely processing.
- Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Must Haves
- Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat Pro, etc.).
