To extend homeownership opportunities beyond the self-help program, SHE provides assistance for families wishing to become homeowners through traditional avenues.
SHE operates homebuyer assistance programs for many Valley communities. Families are screened, determined eligible, and counseled in order to receive important first-time homebuyer incentives such as down payment assistance, mortgage interest premium reductions, and lower financing interest rates...leading to more affordable housing opportunities for low-income families.
