Working with community leaders to identify housing in need of major rehabilitation is critical to the preservation and improvement of existing housing stock.

Because a large portion of the affordable housing available to low-income people in the Valley are older homes, SHE operates a rehabilitation program to preserve and improve the existing stock of housing.
